Overall Great Experience. I came home to a lovely leak flowing from my sidewalk and I found Plumb Shield Plumbing and within an hour Terry, Damian and Nathan were dispatched. I had an excellent experience when Damian and Terry came to flush my hot water tank. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. My hot water system is running perfectly now, and I feel confident its been properly maintained. We had a break in our main sewer line that caused sewage to backup into our master bathroom bathtub and shower and also hindered the rest of the plumbing in the house. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing for an emergency repair, and Terry was able to arrive in just a few hours. Terry diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary repair in only 45 minutes. The next day, the sewer line was excavated, repaired, and our plumbing was back to normal. I cannot emphasize enough how thorough, professional, and friendly Terry was and how much I would recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing for any plumbing need, standard or emergency. They are efficient, effective, and professional.

We have had to call Plumb Shield Plumbing twice this year for two separate issues, and both times service was excellent! In February 2025, I called Plumb Shield the morning of a bathroom leak, and their team was at the house working before 11 am. They quickly identified the cause (a cracked plastic water supply hose in the primary bathroom cracked that led to water damage) and advised us the same type of hose in the guest bathroom. We chose to proactively replace the hoses with a metal supply hose. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us stay calm by focusing on what we could control during this unexpected situation. Just last week, the primary bathroom toilet fill valve failed. I called Plumb Shield in the early morning, and they came out same day and quickly fixed the problem! I had kept the magnet they provided me in February with their information and received 10% which I deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing for their fast response times, professionalism, and excellent service.

Terry, Nathan, and Damien did a nice job in our bathrooms. They installed new cartridges in both, installed two new pop up drain stoppers, and snaked out a bathroom line for us. They were all polite and informed us of the required work along with an estimate. They left the work areas clean.

I had contacted another plumbing company a few day ago about a leak and it took 2 people to say there was just a leak from the faucet which ended up being a bigger issue they had overlooked. These guys are absolute saints! We called Plumb Shield in a panic when we came home from work (after hours) to find water seeping out of our slab foundation. Had an after hours emergency water leak in our yard. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing and within 30-45 minutes Terry and Nathan arrived. Terry and Nathan were able to quickly identify the leak and put together a plan to repair a broken fitting. They neatly dug a 1x1 hole, repaired the leak, and left everything good as new - even with the Texas summer heat, you cant even tell they dug a hole. Very friendly and professional, extremely responsive. Prices are a little high, but understandable for an after hours emergency repair. Military friendly and provided a small discount. Plumb Shield just finished up installing new sewer lines and a new water heater along with new toilets and flanges at one of my rental houses I have. Terry and Nathan plumber's ran camera in sewer line and found break

Terry and Nathan got us cold water. We had an emergency leak at 9pm and they could not fully repair the whole thing that night they got it capped and us cold water for the house.

Had a late emergency with a backed up toilet and was able to get a plumber out here on such short notice! Both Terry and Nathan were very professional and informative. Highly recommend!

Terry and Nathan replaced two water heaters for us. They were punctual and professional. Weve used Plumb Shield numerous times and are happy with the quality of service.

Mr. Aledo, aka Terry, and Nathan showed up on time and were extremely professional and friendly. They listened to my concerns and after assessing the pipe, were able to explain the issues clearly to me. They created a fair bid and started the process right away! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. Today They were able to replace a pipe outside that was leaking. Once finished, they showed me the small crack, most likely from a freeze. While they were here, I expressed concerns on the pressure of our faucets as well as our high water bill. They spent extra time checking the pressure to see if we had any additional small leaks. Terry also disassembled the faucets, and thoroughly cleaned the lines to ensure we would get the pressure back up. Highly recommend!

We got home from a trip to find a pond under a hose bib on the front of our home. My husband was unable to do the repair and we needed water TONIGHT. We called and within an hour Terry was here and by the second hour he had it repaired. Im very impressed and grateful. Terry was professional and on time. Although I hope we never have another after hours repair- I know who we will call!
