Plumb Shield was responsive and quick to get started on our pipe repair! They had Terry R come out the same day (on a weekend) and we had a quote and plan in less than an hour. Beautiful Sunday afternoon trying to get some housework done and all of a sudden we had a leak at our water hose faucet! Water was all over our living room floor, soaking the walls and carpet! We called a few places but Plumb Shield Plumbing was the most responsive and the one who can get someone out quickest! Stephanie was prompt that thorough with her communication. She was able to get someone out first thing in the morning to repair the broken pipe. Terry and Damien showed up, immediately knew what the likely problem was and were able to fix it and replace an additional faucet (at my request) in half the time they quoted. They were very informative on what would likely need to happen to repair the damage caused by the water and how to prevent the issue from happening again. Based on Stephanies responsiveness and communication I felt confident that I wouldnt need to call any other plumbers, Terry and Damian proved me right! I highly recommend this company!

Terry and Damian arrived as scheduled. They evaluated the job, explained my options for repair and went right to work. They cleared the blockage, reset the toilet and cleaned up the area in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our first issue was an emergency plumbing issue. They were prompt and came out on a Saturday night and corrected the problem. Unfortunately the piece they replaced was defective but they came right back out and replaced it. They were professional and explained the process thoroughly. I would definitely use them again.

Today I had plumbing work completed by Terry and Damien and couldn't be happier. I called on Sunday about a leaky bathroom faucet and made an appointment for Wednesday. They arrived on time, inspected my faucet, pipes and valves and I asked them to look at my kitchen disposal as well. They repaired the leaky faucet, replaced the hot and cold on/off valves and lines and replaced my garbage disposal all in one appointment. Both Terry and Damien were efficient, helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process and they got everything in ship shape order quickly. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely call again when I need other plumbing work done. I'm glad I now know someone I can trust with plumbing repairs and I unreservedly recommend them. Terry and Jordan were awesome! While installing fencing poles, I accidently cut through a water line. Even though it was late on a Saturday night, they were able to immediately come out, arrived exactly when they said they would, and we're done and out in about an hour. Had a plumbing backup and needed someone to come ASAP...Plumb Shield Plumbing had same day opening. I was told they would show up between 11 and 1...Terry and Damian got here at 9am! They found tge issue within 30 mins and were extremely knowledgeable and professional.

From the initial call to end of service, everyone was prompt and professional. I called for a quote and they scheduled for the next morning. Terry and Damien arrived on-time (maybe even earlier) and were quick to provide a quote for the few repairs I needed. Terry explained each repair and answered any questions I had. The biggest thing was getting our kitchen sink installed properly as it was an undermount and a previous owner DIY, they repaired it right then and there!! So thankful for Plumb Shield Plumbing. Terry was great! He arrived earlier than what I was originally quoted which I was completely good with! Upon arriving he smiled and introduced himself. Terry was really nice and friendly. He got right to the task and was done super fast! The price was reasonable and fair. Terry gave let us know he would be happy to come out snd install a new toilet. He even helped us reunite a lost puppy!! I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. Ask for Terry!

Called to have my outdoor spigot replaced. Had continuous updates via text message from start to finish. Terry and Damien were my plumbers, both very pleasant and informative. Terry explained the process, step by step, asked which spigot I preferred. Even updated it with a threaded adapter. I had a break in the pipe going into my exterior wall at my hose bibb. It was around 5:30 on a Saturday evening when it happened. Terry and Justin were able to come out within the hour to get it repaired for me. They were professional, courteous, and efficient, and I very much appreciated their quick response to fix the issue.

Both of my toilets were backed up, I had a different company on Friday that couldnt figure out the problem. Saturday morning and this was the only company that could come out right away. Terry and Damian identified the issue and went right to work. They were very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what the problem was and detailed the plan to fix it. Will only use this company in the future.

Very easy to call and schedule appointment. Terry and Damian came out ahead of schedule on a Saturday the next day They diagnosed the problem, made the procedure and pricing very clear, proceeded to fix the problem, and then described ways to prevent the problem from recurring. They even offered to check on a previous problem before they left to make sure we didnt have to call them back in a few months. This is my second time to use them in the two years between plumbing issues (the first time they came out fixed an issue another company didnt) and I will continue to use them.
