Overall Great Experience. I came home to a lovely leak flowing from my sidewalk and I found Plumb Shield Plumbing and within an hour Terry, Damian and Nathan were dispatched. I appreciated the cost transparency upfront and they got to work. They found the leak and explained what needed to be done and the repair needed. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost seemed reasonable with no hidden fees.

All I can say to service of this company and team that came out to fix my problem was AMAZING. Discovered leak in my flowerbed and made a call. Next day arrival and communication by Nathan and team (Damian and Terry) was outstanding. He walked me step by step as to what the issue was, what next steps are, walked thru pricing and anticipated completion. Ended up having to replace my old gas heater as well. Also amazing was that Nathan and team worked around my time schedule and school pickup. Well organized and communication by office team to arrange city inspector, as well as, notice of arrival of city inspector within 2hr window was great. I had an excellent experience when Damian and Terry came to flush my hot water tank. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. I appreciated how respectful they were of my home, leaving the area spotless once the job was complete. My hot water system is running perfectly now, and I feel confident its been properly maintained. Its rare to find service that combines skill, honesty, and great customer carebut Damian and Terry delivered all three. Ill definitely call them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing water heater maintenance or plumbing work.

We had a break in our main sewer line that caused sewage to backup into our master bathroom bathtub and shower and also hindered the rest of the plumbing in the house. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing for an emergency repair, and Terry was able to arrive in just a few hours. Terry diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary repair in only 45 minutes. The next day, the sewer line was excavated, repaired, and our plumbing was back to normal. I cannot emphasize enough how thorough, professional, and friendly Terry was and how much I would recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing for any plumbing need, standard or emergency. They are efficient, effective, and professional.

We have had to call Plumb Shield Plumbing twice this year for two separate issues, and both times service was excellent! In February 2025, I called Plumb Shield the morning of a bathroom leak, and their team was at the house working before 11 am. They quickly identified the cause (a cracked plastic water supply hose in the primary bathroom cracked that led to water damage) and advised us the same type of hose in the guest bathroom. We chose to proactively replace the hoses with a metal supply hose. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us stay calm by focusing on what we could control during this unexpected situation. Just last week, the primary bathroom toilet fill valve failed. I called Plumb Shield in the early morning, and they came out same day and quickly fixed the problem! I had kept the magnet they provided me in February with their information and received 10% which I deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing for their fast response times, professionalism, and excellent service.

Terry, Nathan, and Damien did a nice job in our bathrooms. They installed new cartridges in both, installed two new pop up drain stoppers, and snaked out a bathroom line for us. They were all polite and informed us of the required work along with an estimate. They left the work areas clean.

Nathan and Damien saved the day!! Really great guys! Not only did they get the job done but offered some helpful tips to prevent other issues from arising.

I want to give a shout out to Terry!!! He was very easy to work with. He clearly explained to me what he needed to do, and then completed the job as stated. He was prompt to his appointment with me, made me understand why I didnt want to go the route I thought I wanted to go, showed up at the time he told me he would be there, and finished the job faster than estimated! He was able to get permit and inspected all in the same day, without any real loss of time without water! (Maybe 20 minutes if that!) The best part was I didnt feel like a dummy because i had to call a plumber, if i would have moved forward by myself it wouldve caused a lot of headache and possible trouble with the city, lol. Thanks Terry, and the whole Plumb Shield team!!! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!

Terry and Johnny did a really great job assessing the problems with our toilet that was installed incorrectly. We tried to save some money and ended up having to have it redone. The peace of mind was well worth the price. They did a very professional job and also took care of a backed-up tub drain as well. They were very friendly and took time to answer all our questions. I never felt they were in a hurry and when they finished they cleaned up everything and it looks great!

We had Michael come out to us early in the morning and he was a glowing ball of positivity. Absolutely a pleasure to have Michael come in and do his work. He left everything looking better than I couldve hoped and even gave some helpful tips on the future. If youre like me youre probably thinking you can do it yourself to save some money, dont. Call this company. Try to get Michael.

We had a pipe burst during the latest freeze and Mike was there to help in no time. He found the burst pipe and replaced the pipe very quickly. Mike was honest, friendly and extremely helpful. Hopefully we won't have any more emergencies, but if we do I know who to call.

Michael did great and quick work. I had contacted another plumbing company a few day ago about a leak and it took 2 people to say there was just a leak from the faucet which ended up being a bigger issue they had overlooked. Michael got straight to the point and showed me the issue, explained, and gave immediate solutions which all took about 2 or 3 hours including the repair and getting supplies along with coming to an affordable price. Would 100% recommend.

Michael arrived on time and was very friendly! Turned out our issue was as simple as changing out some batteries, so it was very quick and easy and he did not charge us since it was such a quick fix. We called several plumbers and these guys were the only ones to answer/not voicemail and they were at our house within the hour. Well be calling them again next time we need help!

Terry was very professional in explaining the problem with the cartridge being very damaged and he also replaced the plastic handle with the pictured one below and showed me how to navigate the different water temps. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and he provided me with a specific invoice. I also wanted to acknowledge Stephanie, when we called her this morning and she gave us the window of when Terry would arrive which was 9-11, my sister explained to her that if possible, we would need an earlier time as we are preparing for a funeral. She moved some appointments around and Terry was here around 7:40am and again, he did an amazing job!!! These guys are absolute saints! We called Plumb Shield in a panic when we came home from work (after hours) to find water seeping out of our slab foundation. Help came within the hour, and a diagnosis was made in even less time. Terry took time to explain how our system works and gave us multiple options to repair the leak. An entire crew was sent first thing the next morning and the repair was completed before the day was over. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and their ability to make minimal cuts in our walls despite the extensive repair that was needed. They will always be our first call moving forward!

All of our toilets started backing up at 6 pm Friday Memorial Day weekend. I reached out to Plumb Shield Plumbing emergency line and amazingly they were here within half an hour. Terry and Nathan came out within an hour of us calling on Sunday. We had a pipe break in the front of our house which made us shut off the water completely. We had called several other companies that claimed they were 24/7 and were denied service. Plumb shield was quick, informative, and got our water back on within the hour. Pricing was expensive but we expected it with it being an emergency/Sunday.

Nathan and Terry came on a Saturday to repair a copper line leak and explained everything they were going to do in detail and once they completed the repair, they again went over with me the work the performed and weather insulated the pipes before finishing the job. They also explained to me the possible cause of the leak and gave me recommendations for future replacements to prevent any future problems. I will definitely call Plumb Shield Plumbing in the future.

My water supply pipe was leaking somewhere between the meter and the house and I needed a plumber in a hurry. Plumb Shield Plumbing was the only company who was able to come right away. Terry and Nathan did a great job of digging to find the leak, getting the city permit and parts to make repairs. Highly recommended.

Had an after hours emergency water leak in our yard. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing and within 30-45 minutes Terry and Nathan arrived. Terry and Nathan were able to quickly identify the leak and put together a plan to repair a broken fitting. They neatly dug a 1x1 hole, repaired the leak, and left everything good as new - even with the Texas summer heat, you cant even tell they dug a hole. Very friendly and professional, extremely responsive. Prices are a little high, but understandable for an after hours emergency repair. Military friendly and provided a small discount. Will use in the future and recommend to others.

Plumb Shield just finished up installing new sewer lines and a new water heater along with new toilets and flanges at one of my rental houses I have. Ive used a couple of different plumbers in the DFW area and Plumb Shield is by far the best Ive used. They were professional and knowledgeable and got stuff done in a timely manner. They used their camera to pinpoint why the sewer needed to be replaced and then had it done in no time. Truly some of the best plumbers in DFW.

Terry and Nathan not only on time but early than planned! From the second they arrived they were ready to go and hurry for work.Right off the RIP they began using the camera to locate any blockage from the yard to the street and from the house to the street, Following this they used the locator to follow the camera through the line and identify the blockages in the eroding concrete line. after this immediately began painting out and measuring out the distance from the house to the valve to the street quick fast, and in a hurry in and out in less than an hour no BS straight to a quote to get this problem resolved for me and my family.

Terry and Nathan got us cold water. We had an emergency leak at 9pm and they could not fully repair the whole thing that night they got it capped and us cold water for the house.

Had a late emergency with a backed up toilet and was able to get a plumber out here on such short notice! Both Terry and Nathan were very professional and informative. Highly recommend!

Terry and Nathan replaced two water heaters for us. They were punctual and professional. Weve used Plumb Shield numerous times and are happy with the quality of service.

Mr. Aledo, aka Terry, and Nathan showed up on time and were extremely professional and friendly. They listened to my concerns and after assessing the pipe, were able to explain the issues clearly to me. They created a fair bid and started the process right away! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. Today They were able to replace a pipe outside that was leaking. Once finished, they showed me the small crack, most likely from a freeze. While they were here, I expressed concerns on the pressure of our faucets as well as our high water bill. They spent extra time checking the pressure to see if we had any additional small leaks. Terry also disassembled the faucets, and thoroughly cleaned the lines to ensure we would get the pressure back up. Highly recommend!

We got home from a trip to find a pond under a hose bib on the front of our home. My husband was unable to do the repair and we needed water TONIGHT. We called and within an hour Terry was here and by the second hour he had it repaired. Im very impressed and grateful. Terry was professional and on time. Although I hope we never have another after hours repair- I know who we will call!
