Sewer line from house blocked and needed it cleaned out. Nathan and Damian had to use 3 machines to finally get to the blockage but they prevailed. They are efficient and knowledgeable employees. And they came out very quickly. Plumbing repairs are expensive but these guys did an awesome job.

Had a concern about a leaking irrigation line Damian and Terry were very knowledgeable and helped me turn the waterline off to the irrigation system. Very helpful. Didnt try to upsell me on anything!

I had an excellent experience when Damian and Terry came to flush my hot water tank. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. I appreciated how respectful they were of my home, leaving the area spotless once the job was complete. My hot water system is running perfectly now, and I feel confident its been properly maintained. Its rare to find service that combines skill, honesty, and great customer carebut Damian and Terry delivered all three. Ill definitely call them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing water heater maintenance or plumbing work.

We had a break in our main sewer line that caused sewage to backup into our master bathroom bathtub and shower and also hindered the rest of the plumbing in the house. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing for an emergency repair, and Terry was able to arrive in just a few hours. Terry diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary repair in only 45 minutes. The next day, the sewer line was excavated, repaired, and our plumbing was back to normal. I cannot emphasize enough how thorough, professional, and friendly Terry was and how much I would recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing for any plumbing need, standard or emergency. They are efficient, effective, and professional.

We have had to call Plumb Shield Plumbing twice this year for two separate issues, and both times service was excellent! In February 2025, I called Plumb Shield the morning of a bathroom leak, and their team was at the house working before 11 am. They quickly identified the cause (a cracked plastic water supply hose in the primary bathroom cracked that led to water damage) and advised us the same type of hose in the guest bathroom. We chose to proactively replace the hoses with a metal supply hose. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us stay calm by focusing on what we could control during this unexpected situation. Just last week, the primary bathroom toilet fill valve failed. I called Plumb Shield in the early morning, and they came out same day and quickly fixed the problem! I had kept the magnet they provided me in February with their information and received 10% which I deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing for their fast response times, professionalism, and excellent service.

Terry, Nathan, and Damien did a nice job in our bathrooms. They installed new cartridges in both, installed two new pop up drain stoppers, and snaked out a bathroom line for us. They were all polite and informed us of the required work along with an estimate. They left the work areas clean.

I want to give a shout out to Terry!!! He was very easy to work with. He clearly explained to me what he needed to do, and then completed the job as stated. He was prompt to his appointment with me, made me understand why I didnt want to go the route I thought I wanted to go, showed up at the time he told me he would be there, and finished the job faster than estimated! He was able to get permit and inspected all in the same day, without any real loss of time without water! (Maybe 20 minutes if that!) The best part was I didnt feel like a dummy because i had to call a plumber, if i would have moved forward by myself it wouldve caused a lot of headache and possible trouble with the city, lol. Terry and Johnny did a really great job assessing the problems with our toilet that was installed incorrectly. We tried to save some money and ended up having to have it redone. The peace of mind was well worth the price. They did a very professional job and also took care of a backed-up tub drain as well. They were very friendly and took time to answer all our questions. We had a pipe burst during the latest freeze and Mike was there to help in no time. He found the burst pipe and replaced the pipe very quickly. Mike was honest, friendly and extremely helpful. Hopefully we won't have any more emergencies, but if we do I know who to call.

Michael did great and quick work. I had contacted another plumbing company a few day ago about a leak and it took 2 people to say there was just a leak from the faucet which ended up being a bigger issue they had overlooked. Michael got straight to the point and showed me the issue, explained, and gave immediate solutions which all took about 2 or 3 hours including the repair and getting supplies along with coming to an affordable price. Michael arrived on time and was very friendly! Turned out our issue was as simple as changing out some batteries, so it was very quick and easy and he did not charge us since it was such a quick fix. Terry was very professional in explaining the problem with the cartridge being very damaged and he also replaced the plastic handle with the pictured one below and showed me how to navigate the different water temps. These guys are absolute saints! We called Plumb Shield in a panic when we came home from work (after hours) to find water seeping out of our slab foundation. Help came within the hour, and a diagnosis was made in even less time. Terry took time to explain how our system works and gave us multiple options to repair the leak. Terry and Nathan came out within an hour of us calling on Sunday. We had a pipe break in the front of our house which made us shut off the water completely. Nathan and Terry came on a Saturday to repair a copper line leak and explained everything they were going to do in detail and once they completed the repair, they again went over with me the work the performed and weather insulated the pipes before finishing the job. Had an after hours emergency water leak in our yard. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing and within 30-45 minutes Terry and Nathan arrived. Terry and Nathan were able to quickly identify the leak and put together a plan to repair a broken fitting. They neatly dug a 1x1 hole, repaired the leak, and left everything good as new - even with the Texas summer heat, you cant even tell they dug a hole. Very friendly and professional, extremely responsive. Prices are a little high, but understandable for an after hours emergency repair. Military friendly and provided a small discount. Will use in the future and recommend to others.

Plumb Shield just finished up installing new sewer lines and a new water heater along with new toilets and flanges at one of my rental houses I have. From the second they arrived they were ready to go and hurry for work.Right off the RIP they began using the camera to locate any blockage from the yard to the street and from the house to the street, Following this they used the locator to follow the camera through the line and identify the blockages in the eroding concrete line. after this immediately began painting out and measuring out the distance from the house to the valve to the street quick fast, and in a hurry in and out in less than an hour no BS straight to a quote to get this problem resolved for me and my family.
